Art & Photography Show
A showcase of paintings, sculptures and photographs during festival weekend. All art will be displayed at the Job Center in the old Blevins building.

Feeding Grounds
A variety of food will be available during the festival including Cajun and Louisiana favorites by both local non-profit organizations and commercial vendors.
Running of the Bears 5K Run/Walk
A 5K run/walk will be held Saturday April 19th. Registration is at the Court House from 7:30AM-8:30AM. The Run/Walk begins at the Court House at 8:30AM

Arts and Crafts (Knick Knack Area)
An arts & crafts fair will be held during the festival and will include knick-knacks of all shapes and sizes provided by various arts & crafts vendors.
Location: Teche Street located along the beautiful Bayou Teche and along Main Street in Downtown Franklin
Time: Saturday, 10:00 a.m.- 10: 30 p.m.
Cleco Cub Club Arena
Children will have their own festival area complete with storytelling, puppet and magic shows, music, games and more!
Location: Cleco Cub Club Arena Corner Teche & Willow
Times: Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Children Under 12 Years of Age MUST be Accompanied by a Parent or Guardian At All
Tmes.
Teddy Bear Repair Clinic
Dr. Donna Tesi will be on duty Saturday, April 19th at Giggles and Bows downtown Franklin. Bring along April 18th your favorite stuffed pet to have them operated on by one of the finest surgens in St. Mary Parish. And it's all FREE.
Souvenirs
Festival shirts, hats, koozies, cups, posters and more will be sold throughout the festival weekend.
Cub Parade of Stars
Children of all ages can participate in the parade by decorating bicycles, wagons, strollers and other non-motorized vehicles. There will be a special section in the Children's area for decorating.
Bicycle Tour - Tour de Bear
A bike tour of St. Mary Parish on April 19th, approximately 20 miles for amateur bikers and approximately 34 miles for experienced riders. The bike tour will begin in Downtown Franklin in front of the Court House at 8:00AM. Registration is at the Court House from 7:00AM - 8:00AM, an entry fee of $15.00 will be charged and will include an official festival t-shirt, while supplies last. Water and snacks will be provided for tour participants at select locations.
